Approx. 30 years old. King Hickory brand. Mattress: 60" wide by 70" tall. Couch: 80" long, 34" tall, 36" deep. Worn but acceptable condition - material shows some wear, cushions some sag. Might be good for a camp or wherever a spare bed is needed. You will need two strong backs (it's heavy!) and a truck or something similar to move it.
