Dreamcast with box, some paperwork, 2 controllers, 2 VMUs, cords. Dreamcast turns on but does not boot properly. Splash screen appears but menu doesn’t load properly. Never had a game to test with but I assume it would not boot properly. Outside condition of the console is pretty clean.
