The home sleeps 14 guests in beds in the bedrooms plus 2 on queen sleep sofa in the great room. 16 guests maximum. 4 bedrooms have double beds, another has 2 twin beds and the another has a twin over double bunk and a twin bed. Gas grill provided on the deck. Parking for up to 5 average-sized cars in driveway plus room for 2 or 3 more in the yard (on the sand if minimal snow - suggest putting 4x4 or AWD vehicles there) plus there is public parking 1 block away in the County lot.
Inside there is a large great room, large dining area and working fireplace, all wonderful for spending time with friends and family. Additional amenities include: 65" Roku Smart TV with DVD player in living room with 3 more smart TVs in bedrooms, full cable TV package, 5G Wi-Fi, air-conditioning (multiple window units from June 1 to September 30), heat for those cool nights, games and puzzles. The kitchen is remodeled offering granite counters, spacious cabinets, flooring, stainless appliances including dishwasher, large frig with ice-maker, full-size stove, built-in microwave, and nearly all of the small appliances, dishes, pots and pans are new too. There's a Keurig single cup/12 cup-pot combined coffee maker too. There is a washer/dryer set on the 1st floor as well as a 2nd full-sized refrigerator and bar sink in the dining area.
NO SMOKING / NO PETS.
Traveler(s) is/are required to provide their own bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, paper & soap products, and any other items to complete their vacation stay as well as departure cleaning unless otherwise arranged prior.

Just short drives away you'll find nearby amenities including wineries, distilleries, brew pubs, Chimney Bluffs State Park (a must see if you've never been there before), a casino, outlet mall, farm stands and so much more.
