Manage day-to-day operations for both residential and commercial electrical service. Oversee project scheduling and material purchasing including reviewing bids. Enforce OSHA safety and NEC codes. Act as primary contact for General Contractors, resolve complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Candidate MUST have: Experience running Apartment Complexes and Residential homes, a deep understanding of residential (120/240V) and commercial (240V-480V) wiring systems, ability to read blueprints and schematics. Proven leadership and problem-solving skills desired with strong communication and computer skills. 5+ years in electrical contracting, with at least 2 years in supervisory or project management is required.
