Flower City Irrigation is looking for an experienced Irrigation Foreman to join our growing team.
Pay: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a crew on irrigation installation and service projects
* Oversee job sites from start to finish
* Ensure projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction
* Read plans and layout systems accurately
* Troubleshoot and solve problems in the field
* Maintain quality and safety standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience in irrigation installation and/or service
* Ability to manage a crew and job site independently
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred)
* Knowledge of plumbing and irrigation systems
