GEM LLC is growing again, and we’re looking for a strong Project Manager to join our team. With more to offer than before, we’ve restructured our roles so Project Managers can focus on what they do best: running projects, leading subcontractors, and delivering results.
Role Overview
As Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to person on active remodeling jobs. You’ll keep projects moving, oversee subcontractors, handle scheduling, and make sure clients are happy from start to finish.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Oversee active projects such as kitchens, baths, additions, and full remodels
• Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Communicate directly with clients during the build process
• Approve and manage change orders
• Troubleshoot problems and keep jobs on track
What We’re Looking For
• Residential remodeling or construction management experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Confident in decision-making and problem solving
• Must have a reliable vehicle, cell phone, and laptop
Compensation & Perks
• Earn a percentage of each project you manage
• Performance bonuses for hitting milestones and client satisfaction

• No micromanaging — this is your project, and you’ll be trusted to run it
Work Environment
• No office to report to — you’ll work at client homes and from your own home
• No set schedule — manage your own time as long as clients aren’t waiting
• Unlimited days off — as long as projects are moving forward
• Must live in Monroe County or nearby (Buffalo applicants will not be considered)
