PART-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – FLEXIBLE HOURS (Palmyra, NY)
Must live within 20 minutes of Palmyra
We’re looking for a skilled, dependable part-time maintenance technician to help with general property maintenance. This is a great fit for a retired or semi-retired tradesperson who wants steady part-time work with flexible daytime scheduling.
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed
Schedule: Most work is done during the day on weekdays, and we can often work around your schedule during daytime hours.
Season: March 1 – September 30 (may continue)
You MUST have your own truck and tools. Reliability is a must.
Duties include:
Plumbing repairs (pipes, toilets, faucets, hot water tanks, etc.)
Minor electrical troubleshooting/repairs
Drywall, painting, carpentry, and flooring
Minor roof repairs
Small stove repairs (ignitors/coils)
Ladder work
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in plumbing/electrical/general maintenance
Comfortable with ladders and minor roof work
Own truck + tools
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
After-hours / emergencies:
We don’t get many, but you must be available once in a while for an occasional emergency call.
