These are 3.0 AH model 40 volt.
Both packs are original, new, not aftermarket.
Never been in a tool, have been charged and are ready to go.
Provides 50% longer run time than the original 2.0 AH model.
Same weight as 2.5 AH and 2.0 AH (packs above 3.0 AH are noticeably heavier).
I have a new charger also available for $40 more. Before you get a pack bigger than 3.0 AH consider that bigger packs take corresponding longer to charge up, having 2 or more packs this size, as one pack gets to its end of charge, you can put it on charge and keep going with other pack(s). Bigger packs take many hours to charge, I do not know of any fast charger for this series of batteries, one solution is more packs, more chargers.
The local stores have rarely if ever have this model in stock, last price I recall was battery for over $139 out the door for ONE and you have wait for delivery.
