Pretty sure it's circa mid 70's and has lots of wear. The drawers will slide out but some of the slides need work. Two of the bottom retainer clips are missing and there are some bends, and one may need a weld. There are no keys. There is some tools, hardware, and miscellaneous artifacts in the drawers.
