The loft is sunny, clean, quiet and minimal. It is a one bedroom with a large open workspace/kitchen, a bedroom and a small entry area. The open kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster oven. Photos don't show this - but there is now a couch and a kitchen table. It and has very high ceilings and a gated parking spot. It is on a block with old warehouses off of Main street near the Susan B. Anthony house. It is just a 5 minute bike ride away from the center of downtown, the river and the beautiful high falls area. Comfy full bed. Wireless internet included. Utilities not included. Laundry in the building. Friendly artist community building.
No pets, no smoking.
I am looking for someone extremely responsible and clean.
Security deposit required.
Must have renters insurance.
I am a professor and will be gone from approximately January 1- August 15 (could be slightly flexible with dates)
