Proform Stride Select Elliptical. Model No. PFEL09807.0. Works well, not being used, was owned by my mom. The back folds up to clear up some floor space when not in use. Includes power adapter, it will run on 4x D batteries, but not worth it. The battery compartment is on the underside and not easy to replace, and one of the tabs for the compartment door had snapped off.
