eliteBDC has been hired to recruit for a local automotive dealership. They are seeking a full-time Call Center / Business Development Center Agent.
PreeliteBDC has been contracted to assist a local dealership with the hiring of their BDC. Individuals with past automotive or call center experience are preferred. **Please email a resume; do not call.**
The Business Development Center Representative (BDCR) is responsible and accountable for producing committed scheduled appointments between customers and dealership managers/salespeople to achieve departmental gross profit and performance standards through dedicated specialized telephone activity enhancing C.S.I. and sales volumes.
Valid NYS driver's license check
Drug test required
High School Diploma
Keyboard proficient with ability to type 40WPM
Intermediate level computer experience
Microsoft Office proficient
Associates degree preferred but not necessary
Call Center / Dealership experienced preferred but not necessary
Includes hourly rate (70%) plus commission (30%)
This is a performance based position with the need to schedule committed appointments for the dealership.

High School degree or GED equivalent plus 1 year within a BDC/CRM role preferred. Must possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer relations skills, and team building skills. Must possess strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Ability to effectively and clearly write communications such as email messages, memos and letters.
Math & Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply mathematical concepts ordinarily included in budgetary spreadsheets. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft office suite; CRM systems and reporting; and the ability to learn new software programs as needed. Must be keyboard proficient and type a minimum of 40 wpm.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Does not manage individuals.

The work schedule will be determined based on the flow of traffic by the stores and the coverage that is needed. The work schedule may change time-to-time as traffic patterns change seasonally including days, occasional nights and Saturday's if the dealership is short staffed.5 Day work week.
