I recently hired a handyman named CHARLIE DEMAURO to do some heating repairs. Gave him $1100 for materials and he never came back to complete the job. Then sent me several BS texts explaining delays and then silence, which is the typical pattern for scammers. Will be very friendly and talk a good game up front, but a complete con job and ripoff. I have all Venmo receipts and text messages as proof.
