76 year old gentleman needs a small, medium or large heated unfurnished room with a sink in it and an attached (or access to) a private bathroom. The room should be zoned for light cooking. I own a non-barker / house-broken small 8lb. dog and can pay up to $650 maximum including all utilities. I am clean, quiet and considerate of others.
