SEEKING sublet August & September

Seeking a rental starting August 1st until the end of September in the area around Honeoye/Hemlock/Canadice Lake vicinity. I am a clean conscientious creative fellow in his forties who currently works as a network technician for a company in Rochester. I'm hoping to have a reasonable (30min+) commute to my shop. I worked/lived last year in Ithaca a few months & decided I wanted to live close to a finger lake next time i find myself needing to move.
Outside of work, I kayak/fish & make music/video art. Hoping to be on the water much more this summer. Prefer a private individual dwelling & currently have a cat. I have good credit & rental history.
