Looking to sublet my single, private room in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house from May to August.
Rent is $650 a month, does not include utilities (additional $90-150 a month).
A 10 minute drive from RIT, very close to the University of Rochester. Located in a good neighborhood near Strong Memorial Hospital. If you do not have a car, you can still get to RIT via the RTS bus stop nearby (riding to Wegmans on Hylan Dr, then riding the RIT shuttle).
The house has a kitchen, washing machine + dryer, communal fridge, and 2 toilets. There is also a pretty spacious backyard.
Room is furnished with desk + chair, plastic 4-tier shelf, small drawer, and mattress. There is also a box fan, mini-fridge, and lamp if you want to use them. Room does not have A/C. Floor has been cleaned regularly. Ethernet cable goes into the room from the router downstairs.
There are currently 3 other college-age male housemates, but the house is not male-only.
