The apartment is a lovely, sunlit second-story space filled with plants, art, and my own handbuilt furniture. The bedroom will come furnished and with a closet. You will have access to my parking spot.
Because my travel dates are awkwardly mid-month, I am flexible with whatever dates you are interested in renting between March 14 to April 26. If you needed to rent until the end of April, I would be flexible with that too. To keep it simple, the rent would be $550/month which includes utilities and WiFi.
