The house is a 3 bedroom ranch with adjoined bonus family room with it's own entrance, 1 full bath, small but functional kitchen, full basement, 1 car garage and 2 extra parking spots off the driveway. Refinished hardwoods throughout. The house is in pretty good shape overall and the landlord takes good care of it. The neighborhood is relatively quiet except for the occasional planes overhead (near the airport).
10 min drive to RIT, 15 min drive to Downtown, 10 min walk to bus stop.
I have enjoyed living here with my older male cat for about 4 years now. Some time with a roommate but mostly solo. I am 39, an open minded and laid back dude, mainly work in IT. While at home I mostly cook, watch movies and shows, or get creative with one of many hobbies (woodworking, writing, playing music).
I am an honest and transparent person - I rent the house for1600/month. That said, I'm pretty flexible when it comes to an arrangement for another tenant. There are a few options we could explore depending on what you might be looking for or need, space-wise. I'm open to other cats, but please, no dogs, on account of a cat already living here. A futon is available if needed.
