Residing in the house are adult males in their 30s. The residents are hardworking mature individuals who respect one another's privacy but help one another if needed. Household chores are shared.
There is no lease required. The rent includes Internet, electric, heat, water and garbage collection. A full rental period's notice is required for vacancy.
