Me (f) and my fiance (m) need a roommate. Our previous roommate kinda sorta screwed us over by leaving before the lease ended. We're in our mid 20s, nerdy, and cook a lot. We are sober except for smoking. Looking for another person or young couple to live with us, preferably another person in their 20s or 30s.
Rent is 500 a month, we live in a spacious 2 bedroom duplex, with a medium size living room, and a kitchen with pantry. We also have a large attic that's carpeted.
No cats or dogs but small pets are allowed.
Must pass a background check and drug test.
