Hi we have a nice Upstairs Bedroom available for Rent in our Home in Fairport. Safe, Nice area with Off Street Parking, Kitchen and Laundry Privileges. Convenient to Walking Trails, Stores, Restaurants and Churches. $700/month includes all Utilities! There is a nice view of a pretty Creek and acre property. Large Bathroom with Shower shared only with one other guy working fulltime. There also is an extra bathroom down on main level for backup. We're looking for a similar serious Professional Working Fulltime Days. We are totally against any Drugs or Smoking in our Home or on our Property! We are Peaceful, Easy going and Respectful of Tenants Privacy and expect the same in return.. We are trying to find someone similar to our current Tenant possibly Business Person working here in the Area full time but maybe goes home for weekends? Or a serious working Business Person working full time days. We're ok with short term rentals as long as we are aware of your plans. My Husband and I have our own Areas below so we would not be up in this area unless needed. Heads up , we do have a really nice Aussie Dog. She is friendly and may greet you at the door with her Frisbee or stuffed Animal but she's very sweet. If you don't like Dogs or have an Allergy please don't call. She is not allowed up in the Tenants Area but keep in mind she does live here. IRoom Available Now. Lease is 30 days but we welcome long-term people too. In fact, many have stayed with us for years and after leaving we keep in touch 😊. Main requirement is a couple Character References and a $300 Security Deposit returned to you provided 30 days notice is given when deciding to leave and the Room and things in it are left in same condition as when you moved in.
