I can paint interior and do minor improvements and repairs.
I want to RENT (not buy) an older house or MobileHome in the rural areas around Spencerport/Ogden/Brockport area.
I am also a musician and want a dwelling far enough away from other houses so as not to bother the neighbors. Must allow pets.
I want at least 2 br. Dishwasher with Washer/Dryer hookup.
Adult grandson would be staying some weekends.
Other things that would be nice: Large Kitchen, Storage or Garage area. Full Basement, 2 bathrooms, Space in the yard for a small garden.
