Looking For 1or 2 bed home rural with garage or storage to rent or buy (Rural areas around Rochester)

Looking out side of Rochester to a quite rural location. We are hoping to find a small home or even a double wide with a garage or some other type of small storage area or building. Some place west, south or east of Rochester yet still in Monroe county. able to pay about 1000.00 per month. If it is a two family home in a rural area that would be good also. If it is a home and needs work that is ok also. I can repair heating systems, plumbing (Licensed) and electrical ( Licensed). I am willing to exchange repairs or remodeling for rent. If you are looking to sell a home that needs extensive work I may consider that option also.
I am very familiar with the rental or sale and purchase process and all aspects of it so you will not be dealing with an inexperienced or uninformed renter or purchaser.

Additionally, If you may have a home or property that might work that you may consider or are selling please let us know about that also for we may be willing to consider buying the property or doing a RTO if you are looking to sell or know of some one who may have a property that we could work with.
