As a Budtender, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers and play an important role in creating an elevated, welcoming, and educational dispensary experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional, and engaging retail experience
Educate customers on cannabis products including flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, and accessories
Assist customers with product selection based on preferences, experience, and desired effects
Verify IDs and ensure all sales are handled in compliance with New York cannabis laws and company policies
Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies
Restock product displays and help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
Support inventory tasks, merchandising, and general day-to-day dispensary operations
Work collaboratively with team members to provide a consistent, high-end customer experience
