Local real estate investor seeking a motivated and organized student or recent graduate to assist with the daily operations of a growing rental property portfolio. This position offers hands-on exposure to real estate investing, property management, and business operations.
This role is ideal for someone interested in real estate, finance, entrepreneurship, or business management.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage rental advertisements on listing platforms
Respond to inquiries and call prospective tenants to pre-screen applicants
Schedule and coordinate apartment showings
Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
Maintain organized records and documents
Help coordinate maintenance and vendor scheduling
Conduct research projects related to properties and operations
Provide general administrative support
Qualifications:
Student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable speaking with people on the phone
Basic knowledge of Excel or spreadsheets
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Position Details:
Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
