Brand new TRANSMISSION professionally built by local transmission biz. Not rebuilt but built from scratch. Paid 3k. Has a few 1000 miles on it. then I had a stroke, so didn’t drive. it won’t start, nothing standing out, havent really messed with it, could be as simple as a starter, perhaps old ignition? Or terminal connectors need cleaning?. or loosened something when I put new battery in , ) idk 🤷🏼♂️. Dash lights came on before replacing old battery, but not since I replaced it, that’s why I say the previous as there was no issues or indicators that something was wrong, other than needing a new battery and it not starting after I put new batt in is all related, common sense. Brand new Costco battery still under warranty. Had other recent work done on it before it not being able to start. No other major issues, chain instead of timing belt, 3.0 6cyl. Awd , all the bells and whistles, double moon roofs. Pretty clean all around. xtras to go with.
2000 firm
Kbb value is close to 4k last time I checked.
U can fix the non starting issue and have a great car, or use the new trans in another sub and part out the rest. Lower mileage on car , last I recall abt 148k. Could be less. For a sub, that’s low. It had no other issues before it not starting. I think it’s something simple.
