Can be used with any 8.4 volt requirement. Baofeng radios are possible for "long term" operations, just make an adapter via the method of your choice. Could be anything from 3D printed to clip leads to a modified AA battery pack, do it how ever you want. These packs are real long run pack not the so called "3800mah" packs which are typically around 2200mah! These are approximately 3.5 to 4 times that!
