Sands Inc is a growing family/management office involved in food service and realestate. We are looking for an Admin assistant to support various business functions, including Finance and HR. Qualified candidates should be self organized, have a high attention to details, and be able to bring some experience towards improving systems and controls for the company.

Basic requirements include a strong capability to manage computer software POS and payroll systems, financial reporting by creating and managing excel and other office reporting documents; Supervise HR functions and processing payroll requirements. Handling cash, developing controls and standards. Promote process improvement, and aid in inventory processes and controls. Skill sets including maintaining mailing lists and other data, and streamlining software and data solutions currently in place including POS Aloha, ADP payroll, Online Scheduling software and other spreadsheet type of reporting and data entry documents. Being very organized, self motivated, and able to work both alone and with a team is important.
