Like new; our kids outgrew it. This was not beat on, no pun intended. I made cutout drum pads so the skins are like new.
• 16" x 10" bass drum
• 8" x 5" and 10" x 5" toms
• 13" x 10" floor tom
• 12" x 5" snare drum
• Hardware, cymbals, seat, sticks, and brushes included.

The only flaw is in the photos, a little smudge on the front logo of the bass drum.
