Unlike more recent and expensive units, this unit contains families of amps, and cabinets instead of specific models of amps and cabinets. The models are great and there are plenty of controls to precisely configure the sounds to your taste. It does not load IRs.
The effects include the usual Boss pedals which, as you expect, Boss models very well.
You can put your other devices in the effects loop and put whatever models you would like before or after the loop. It can be used to control other devices via MIDI. It is a great audio interface to your computer through USB.
This unit can be controlled via BOSS's 'Tone Studio' control program. There are tons of downloadable patches available online.
Comes with the main unit and the original power supply.
