The Work
You’ll help create high-end architectural signage used in major environments nationwide.
Responsibilities include:
Prep, prime, and spray-finish custom architectural signage
Deliver premium finishes across metal, acrylic, wood, and engineered materials
Mix and match colors with precision
Perform detailed touch-ups and finishing work
Collaborate with fabrication, CNC, and assembly teams
Help raise the standard for finish quality across the shop

Experience Required:
Professional spray or finish painting experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to read production drawings
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
Bonus skills:
Industrial or automotive-grade coatings
Sign fabrication experience
CNC or fabrication familiarity
