How I Determine Pricing:
Thinner Material (Siding/Interior Sheathing/Paneling, 1” and thinner):
Up to 12″ wide: $3.00 - $5.50/sq ft (Most is around $5/sq ft)
12″ wide and wider: $6.50/sq ft
Silver Board: $6.50/sq ft
15″ wide and wider: $9.50/sq ft
Thicker Material (Flooring, Posts, Joists, Beams):
Sold by the board foot (1″ x 12″ x 12″ or 144 cubic inches).
Prices start at $5/bf depending on material.
Sawn Beams and Hand-Hewn Beams: $7/bf
Note: Individual pieces or unique wood varieties may vary in price.
