- They have a hinged toggle clamp that automatically locks when the hatch is closed.
(Note: Unit cannot be opened from underside while toggle clamps are engaged)
- This feature along with the curb attachment to the structural
has gotten a 78 PSF design rating for uplift and engineering,
so it meets the Florida Building Code minimum standards.
- This product may be installed on either a flat or sloping roof.
When installed on a slope, the hinge side must run parallel with the slope.
Slope must not exceed 30 degrees.
