These SIP panels (2 sheets of OSB with a EPS, white styrofoam core) were salvaged from a building constructed in 2000. They've been stored indoors since 2015 when the building was dismantled. They're in very good, usable condition. In combination with I-joists or LVLs these SIP panels can achieve clear spans of over 20' and establish structural/insulated roof decks.
The SIP panels are 4' wide and 16-24' feet long. We have approximately 4,000 sq ft of SIP panels available. They will need a small amount of preparation at the margins to remove fasteners from the previous I-joists.
Actual dimensions are as follows:
I have 20, 4'x18' 10" thick
20, 4'x16', 10" thick
6, 4'x24' 12" thick
These are all really solid sips...stored inside. Not that old.
These can be delivered anywhere in WNY. Yes, I will deliver them to Rochester! They can be seen at my warehouse any Tuesday, Friday or Saturday at 980 Northampton Street in Buffalo, NY.
