Location: Fairport, NY 14450
Seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join the team at High Acres Landfill in Fairport, NY. This position involves performing a variety of manual labor tasks to support daily landfill operations. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Lift, move, and transport materials as needed
Load and unload vehicles and equipment
Dig and refill holes
Assist with general site maintenance and cleanup
Support landfill operations and team members with assigned tasks
Follow all safety procedures and site policies
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred
0–4 years of related work experience
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
Reliable transportation and attendance
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must follow all site safety requirements
PPE Requirements
Required: 6-inch steel-toed lace-up work boots
(All other required PPE will be provided by the site)

Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather conditions
Frequent lifting and moving of materials
Physical labor position requiring standing, walking, and manual work throughout the shift
