✅ REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS):

General Liability Insurance
Truck or van with ladder rack
Own tools
Must be available 6 days per week
Weekend work required (construction schedule)

💰 PAY:

$1,500–$2,000 per week starting out
Once trained + during busy season: $2,000–$3,000+ per week
