Essential Requirements & Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License Required: Must possess a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as travel to various job sites in the Rochester area is essential.
Basic Construction Knowledge: Candidates must possess a foundational understanding of construction principles, tools, and safety practices, preferably with direct experience in carpentry or outdoor structure construction.
Team Environment: Must be able to effectively collaborate and communicate within a team setting, contributing positively to a productive and cooperative work atmosphere.
Dependability and Work Ethic: A strong track record of punctuality, reliability, and commitment to completing assigned tasks efficiently and to high-quality standards is mandatory.
Ability to Work Outdoors: Must be physically capable of performing demanding construction work in all types of weather conditions typical of the region, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
