Typical Job consists of:
> Operate and care for construction equipment and tools.
> Perform prep & clean up of job site (includes cleaning up debris & putting together/taking down
scaffolding/ladders)
> Load and/or unload construction materials (such as shingles, tools, roofing equipment)
> Follow instructions from supervisors.
> Climbing up ladders onto high objects/roofs.
> Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
Position Requirements:
> Must be at least 18 years of age.
> Must have valid SS# (for payroll purposes).
> Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
> Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
> Workers must be punctual and reliable (having own reliable transportation helpful due to job requires traveling to
multiple work sites (usually in and around Monroe County area).
> Roofing Mechanics will need own personal hand tools.
