Small property management company looking for dependable heating & cooling tech for residential service work. Flexible hours and most homes are vacant.
(easier access, fewer tenant interruptions).
What you’ll do
• Diagnose and repair residential heating and A/C systems (furnaces, boilers as applicable, central air, mini-splits).
• Seasonal start-ups/shut-downs, tune-ups, filter changes, basic PM tasks.
• Replace thermostats, contactors, capacitors, motors, ignitors, flame sensors, and other common components.
• Light install/replace work (as needed): condensers, air handlers, mini-splits, exhaust fans, duct/vent corrections.
• Communicate findings clearly and document work performed (photos/notes).
• Coordinate parts pickup and keep job sites clean and secure.
What we’re looking for
• HVAC experience We’ll consider a strong apprentice/helper with the right attitude.
• Basic hand tools; specialty tools a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently, work efficiently, and follow safety procedures.
• Professional communication and respect for properties.
Schedule & pay
Flexible hours: weekdays and/or weekends—set a schedule that works. Work can be structured as part-time, full-time, or independent contractor depending on fit. Pay is based on experience.
