We are looking for a RELIABLE and MOTIVATED individual who will help in the various actions of processing, packaging, and washing linens.
This will be a seasonal position with the potential to remain a part time during our slower months fall & winter months. We are excited to start our event season and this position will help our team to improve customer experience, warehouse processing & accuracy, along with material cleanliness. Further, this position will improve internal communication and reduce extreme labor during the very busy summer months.
The position would require the following -
-Working under management to help pull, package, process, and assess overall condition of in-house and rental linens
-Assist in sorting in house from rental linens and ensuring rental linens are packaged for return shipping
-Handling various textiles and following directed procedures for cleaning, packaging and storing linens
-Working with other warehouse employees to help pull orders and mark them for the delivery teams
-Counting and sorting linens, chair cushions, event drape, skirting etc. for accuracy on deliveries, and processing upon return to the warehouse
-Standing on a concrete floor for the majority of the work day is to be expected. Adjusting to fluctuating temperatures within a warehouse should also be anticipated
-Lifting of heavy boxes and pushing bins
