We are looking for a reliable deep cleaner to work at a downtown rooming house serving a lower-income, diverse clientele.
About the work:
Cleaning needs vary from day to day. Some days are light (sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning). Other days involve more challenging deep-clean or room clean-outs, so a strong constitution and comfort with tough cleaning situations is important.
Requirements:
Must be able to work between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (schedule is flexible within those hours)
Must be physically able to do stairs (4 floors, no elevator)
Comfortable with deep cleaning and difficult environments
Reliable and detail-oriented
Pay:
Starting at $18/hour for regular cleaning
Room clean-outs are paid per room, based on the level of difficulty (not hourly)
