We are seeking a skilled and dependable **Maintenance Technician** to join our team at an apartment property in Brockport. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, solid understanding of all areas of property maintenance, and excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
**Responsibilities include:**
* Hands-on maintenance of buildings and apartments
* Painting
* Carpentry
* Plumbing
* Electrical work
* Participation in on-call rotation (in addition to regular 40-hour work week)
**Requirements:**
* Prior maintenance experience in residential or related settings
* Strong knowledge across multiple trades
* Must provide own vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license
