Atonement Lutheran Church in Brighton, NY was originally built with a pneumatically controlled thermostat system. Between 2017 and 2019, there were numerous equipment failures with the system and all key components were replaced at a cost of $3787.20 (see attached table). All parts and professional installations were done by Leo J. Roth Corp. As the expensive thermostats began failing, a decision was made to replace them with electronic thermostats. That conversion was completed in 2020 and the compressor system has not been used since the Spring of 2020. It is in operating condition. The system is for sale for $1500. Photos showing all key components are attached. It is not permanently fastened to the floor, but it is heavy. A buyer would have to remove it without damaging the new hall flooring in the building
