Hi im looking to move into an apartment by September. My lease is up in October. I am looking for atleast a 1 bedroom quiet area I have a clean kitty his name is phoenix and my bf. Im reaching out this way as well as hunting because I've lived in 3 apartment complexes and nothing is ever easy. Ive had no heat for more than a year here and I cannot do this another winter. I just want out. I dont want to pay more than $1100 a mo unless you have something with all utilities please help me get away from the slumlords :( I am a responsible adult just trying to get by i pay my rent ON TIME always and my bills as well ty for your help if anyone is interested.
