Hello! I'm looking for a one-bedroom apartment in the Neighborhood of the Arts area or nearby neighborhoods.
Please note that I am not looking for a studio apartment. I've found that studios are simply too small for my needs.
I'm hoping to rent from a private landlord rather than a large property management company.

• Long-term rental preferred
