Job Responsibilities👇
* Provide companionship and engage in conversation
* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence.
* Monitor patient health by observing and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
* Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning as needed.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
* Provide transportation to appointments and activities
* Medication reminders as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
* Engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients with disabilities, dementia, and Alzheimer's.
* Document patient care activities accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
💖 Compassionate and caring personality
* Ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect; experience with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease is a plus
* Good and patient listener with a friendly and polite demeanor
* Successful completion of a background check, DMV check, PPD, and drug screening
* Must possess a valid driver's license, Social Security card, and valid auto insurance listing you as a driver
* Available to work a minimum of 16 hours a week
