Focus T25 Alpha/Beta is a 10-week, high-intensity home fitness program by Shaun T, requiring no equipment and only 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week. The 9-DVD set is split into two 5-week phases: Alpha builds foundational strength and cardio, while Beta focuses on core, speed, and more challenging, targeted muscle strengthening.
