Honda 3813. 13 Hp liquid cooled motor. 38” deck.
We parked it years ago as clutch was slipping. This is auto/manual that has an automatic clutch with hydraulic actuator/damper.
Tried to start , needs leaking fuel line / carb fixed. Starter is also just clicking.
One front tire newer, other not holding air.
Rear ok.
Deck decent.
