No the cart does not dump.

REBUILT wooden garden cart.
This cart has the thick spoked heavy duty 20"rims and tires- not the cheap bicycle tires.
The cart itself rebuilt has all brand new wood, hardware, added a heavy duty thick lightweight plastic flooring over the wood to keep the wear and tear out.
Rims have a little rust the tires have some dry cracks but have Self-Sealing And NO more flat tires.
They hold about 300 lb,
