1960s/70s Gabriel Industries "Walk-R-Ride" Wonder Horse (Deluxe Edition)
Listen up, Buffalo & Rochester. I found him. This isn't your cousin’s chewed-up plastic pony from a damp Buffalo basement. This is a 1960s Gabriel "Walk-R-Ride" Deluxe, and it’s spent the last 60 years in a state of "Factory Virgin" suspended animation.
THE AUDITOR’S REPORT:
STATUS: New Old Stock (NOS). Never assembled. Never ridden. Zero "diaper-miles" on the clock.
THE BONES: Natural Maple wood handles. No teeth marks, no oils, just 100% pure vintage grain.
THE HARDWARE: Casters and springs are still FACTORY SEALED in the original Gabriel plastic. If you open that bag, you're officially the first person to touch them since LBJ was in the White House.
THE DELUXE BONUS: Includes the rare, snap-in yellow safety seat. It’s like the "Executive Package" for a toddler.
THE PATINA: The blue steel frame has a dusting of "Honest Buffalo Surface Rust." I could clean it, but I’m leaving the original paint exactly as-is for the purists.
THE SPEECH:
You can go to a big-box store and buy a hollow plastic rocker made of recycled milk jugs for $80. Or, you can park your money in a Museum-Grade Asset that’s already survived six decades and will survive six more.
